Allureglow USA Gray Plastisol Reflective Ink - Gallon

Outshine your competition through the power of Allureglow USA Plastisol Reflective Inks. This groundbreaking reflective plastisol ink is Nike RSL approved, and unlike other reflective ink systems, it requires no coupler for bonding on most substrates and garments. This reflective ink also has an extremely soft hand. Allureglow USA displays extremely high reflective qualities when exposed to a concentrated beam of light, such as a headlights or flash photography.

With this ink, we recommend using a 110 mesh screen and not using an underbase. Printing directly on to the substrate will achieve best reflectivity. If more coverage is desired, you can do a double pass with the squeegee, though some reflectivity will be lost. If an underbase is absolutely required, we recommend a white discharge underbase to still allow the reflective ink to penetrate the fabric.

Clean-Up:

All of our plastisol inks can be easily cleaned up with any of our plastisol ink cleaners.
